I been there for trainings and coaching at the CC dere.
But I aint sure if there is buying power. Zzz.
Rent seems to be around 12 bucks.. affordable!

I went to toa payoh cc family day booth before.
Sales is damn bad. Luckilly i got it free.
Many ppl selling dirt cheap and mostly 2nd hand good.
Unless yr items is suitable for the crowd there, mostly aunties!
