Advice on *Scape Bazaar

Hi all,

I am very new in the retail business and am interested to try out a bazzar stall for female fashion merchandise.
My target audience is working females about 23 and above.

It seems to me there are 2 organised markets at *Scape. 1 flea market near the carpark and 1 outdoor and indoor area for stalls.

I have observed the crowd on a saturday at about 4pm, when the Flea Market is also present. It seems to me that a lot of students/teenagers head to the flea market. That crowd then spills over to the stalls for the Bazzar (outside the mall).

I would appreciate if anyone can help with some advice:
1. How is the real buying crowd like at *Scape?
2. Is there any traffic from Cineleisure? Is the audience from there with more purchasing power?
3. Should I consider taking the Flea Market stall on a sunday, or a stall facing Cineleisure on saturday?
4. Is there any bazzar you would recommend?

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Hi, i've done 4 fleas at *scape so far. if u r gonna sell female fashion, just note that the competition is very very high.
80 to even 90% of the stalls are selling that.some snd hand, some brand new. and the prices are cut throat.

Juz sharing my experience there...
For me, selling handmade stuffs there are drop n die! hahahhaha as d crowd there r mainly students n bargain hunters... but m fortunate that i shared wif a friend whom sells ladies fashionwear and her sales was way way better! That also given that she sells her tops @ $10-$15 each ranges....

I would say that @ Scape Fleas, it really depends on what items u r selling and the prices r really deep cut in the throat! hahahhahha

Good luck!
:)
