It has a dual twist function, so you can serve 2 flavours at a time. Also, with its big capacity, you can store more soft serve mix in the cylinders so you can produce your mix in bigger batches. So you save time and effort.


It runs on a 3 phase power supply and is air cooled, so you don't have to connect it to a water pipe.


The reason why I am selling it, is because my shop is in an old building and I can't upgrade the power supply to support the machine.
