Rental for Food Stall at Shopping Mall?
 

Hi all,
i am thinking to start a small waffle / pancake eatery at shopping mall (basement)
,any idea what is the rental like for shopping centre eg Raffles shopping centre , bugis junction, AMK hub , Jurong Point Shopping Centre etc..
apart from rental and customer crowd, what else should i take note? Thank you !

Things you need to take note.

1.) Rental
2.) Crowd
3.) How fast you serve your food and client
4.) Type of food you selling

Rental can almost kill you business if not handled properly.
