Hiccups Running a Food Delivery Business :(
Hey all..I'm a newbie here :) I wish to set up a food delivery business - but the various regulations and restrictions are putting me off :( Listed below are my concerns:
1) If I have the intention to set up a food delivery business, I understand that I have to rent a central kitchen to cook my food. However, can I choose to prepare food at home, sell to my networks first and only rent a kitchen if my business booms? Doesn't make financial sense for me to rent a kitchen to cook when I only have a few orders at the start of my business days :( 2) And I believe we can sell home cooked food to our 'networks'. How do the authorities define 'networks'? Can I create a blog to talk about my service? Or is this also considered illegal? Thank you so much. |
Re: Hiccups Running a Food Delivery Business :(
Hi,
You might want to check out NEA website, coz it is the most important to set up a food business. If i'm not wrong, it is possible for baked items like cakes and cookies etc, not very sure about food though. Btw i'm looking for a parter in a food delivery business as well! Do feel free to PM me and we can see if there's anyway we can collaborate. Thanks! ;) |
