BBQ in Lau Pa Sat

Hi,

I saw the satay street in lau pa sat and i'm thinking if it's possible to rent there but i'm cooking philippine style satay (BBQ).

I have lots of question and i'm hoping this forum can help me.

Who to contact to know more info about that business?
What are the requirements to start a business like that?
Do we still need central kitchen for that?

My friend, there already got quite a number of well known bbq vendors there.
You need to think carefully.
