is it ok, if i buy cloth material and sew the dressess clothing myself and sell it? i look in fashion book and sew the dressess myself and sell it, is it copyright?
or can i buy it from other countries then bring it over here and sell it here at my pricing?
is it legal?

Never heard of copyright for clothings. I assume you means, they are with no brand /labels. You can create your own label for all your clothings.
Both ways are common ways of business, to make on your own & got from other countries to sell. Good Luck !!
