hi ailbaba.com is not the wholesaler. they are just a website for all the service or suppliers to showcase their products and services. u have to contact the supplier personally from their contacts section.

Alibaba is only the web provider.Actually all the supplier in the Alibaba have their contact no and email,you can actually contact them straight.

i have a few near-cheated experience thru alibaba,
here are the advised that i always gave to people around me now.

1) Gold supplier is not 100% trustable- pay a few thousands and u can get the 'gold supplier listing'

2) Make sure they have correct website - telephone numbers etc. and be wary of the email account they used to contact you. I encountered 'suppliers' from a big china organization using free emails accounts eg.hotmail

3) Pay only through paypal or escrow. Incase of any dispute or goods did not arrive, u can cancel the payment to them. So most companies that are out to scam 100% doesnt accept paypal. Dont do T/T or Western union etc unless they are the suppliers u can trust.
