If the quantity is small you can do it by courier, if it is large then you may contact any of the freight forwarder to ship for you. As for the cost you have to check with them according

Wad I will suggest is go to the country that you wan to find the products and talk to the people over there about the cost, the shipping, and etc.. But be careful some shop owners are very tricky plus you must have some trustworthy look
 so that some kind shop owners will be nice to you
