Any Advice for Sending Goods
i would like to do online clothing small Business .but I don't know how to send to singapore from bangkok.should i go with cargo.which cargo service should i use? singapore side what i have to do?At first it would be small amounts being sent, is there a dollar value of the package before customs duties and GST are paid?
Any advice would be much appreciated |
Re: Any Advice for Sending Goods
Choose a courier service which will deliver from Bangkok to Singapore. It can be arranged for u to pick up from their office when it arrives or to be sent to a specific address.
Small amounts usually mean hefty shipping fees and its not advisable. As it is import for sales, you would have to pay the 7% GST tax. As for as I know, there shouldnt be any customs duties on Singapore's side. |

If so, when u were there, you should have gotten some delivery contact info. If not, it's still not too late, your supplier should be able to recommend some reliable cargo contacts who in turn can advise you on the relevant charges & taxes to pay. Pardon me for being rude, it seems to me u didn't plan properly. So are u selling adult or kids wear? |
