Choose a courier service which will deliver from Bangkok to Singapore. It can be arranged for u to pick up from their office when it arrives or to be sent to a specific address.

Small amounts usually mean hefty shipping fees and its not advisable. As it is import for sales, you would have to pay the 7% GST tax. As for as I know, there shouldnt be any customs duties on Singapore's side.

I assume u have been to Bangkok personally and have purchased from the suppliers over there i.e. whoever u are purchased from in Bangkok, u know they provide quality stuff and no nonsense service. (meaning no surprises when u receive your order from Bangkok).

If so, when u were there, you should have gotten some delivery contact info. If not, it's still not too late, your supplier should be able to recommend some reliable cargo contacts who in turn can advise you on the relevant charges & taxes to pay.

Pardon me for being rude, it seems to me u didn't plan properly. So are u selling adult or kids wear?
