All About Shipping Supplies - Costs, Procedures, Tips, Etc
 

Hi all, i would like to find out from all of you who ship your supplies from overseas to sell in S'pore:

- how do you go about doing that?
- what kind of items do you sell?
- estimated monthly expense on shipping alone
- the quantity you usually order plus weight
- from which part of the world do you get your supplies from?
- using air or sea freight (which one is recommended if time is not a key concern)
- how to you get lobangs to share a container?

I've been trying to work out the profit margin of the items i'm planning to sell. even if i sell them online using just free blog platforms, i find it tough as the so-called cost price of the items worked out to be quite expensive. i'm apprehensive about if i could make money at all... so the shipping costs play an important factor.

any sharing, advice and tips will be very very much appreciated :)
