Try going to Middle road just beside Fortune Centre. They are wholesalers dealing with party stuff and packagings. They may not be cheap tho but it depends on the quantity. Or you can try the wholesale centre opposite Glder Landmark Hotel. Think at 2nd Level.

Thanks indeed its not cheap. They dont have the one in my photo but those transparent velvet bag cost $12 for 10 piece. Hmmmm
Now I am just looking for decent design bag big and small for putting apparels. thanks
