Repairing of Bags Buckles

hi guys,

Wondering if there's anyone who can help me here? Wanna find a place where i can repair bags buckles be it in SG or Msia. Both ok. Anyone knows? Appreciate it greatly!!

Yes I'm sure he is still there, he has been operating there for more than 10 years, I used to have a shop Orchard Plaza.
