Is the base (with roller) removable or detachable?

The 2 legs are removable, not the roller from the leg. There are holes at each side of the frame for you to screw the legs to the frame. So what you will get are:
- Frame
- 2 legs with rollers ('lockable' to prevent moving)
- 4 screws (2 for each side)
