i saw daiso at plaza singapura have those boxes in square and rose shape, located near to the cashier.
they might give u discount on bulk purchase. :)

alternatively, u might want to visit people's park center.
there's a few beads & accessories shops who sell those boxes too.

Must it be box?
I have velvet pouches but they are in purple colour.
