i saw daiso at plaza singapura have those boxes in square and rose shape, located near to the cashier.
they might give you discount on bulk purchase.

alternatively, you might want to visit people's park center.
there's a few beads & accessories shops who sell those boxes too.

Must it be box?
I have velvet pouches but they are in purple colour.
