However, due to certain constraints of the IE and Chrome browsers in various versions, you may have difficulty PMing using the method described here:

Do note that there is a limited storage of 5 messages and you are permitted to send only up to 3 messages per day. This should be sufficient for most purposes but if you find that it is insufficient for your requirements, you may choose to upgrade your membership here: Paid Subscriptions
