hi,
can any1 tell me how to maximise file size of my pix to upload in bizhub?ive tried many time,seems like can upload max 550kb only leh...

Dear Angela
The file that you uploaded is about 32 KBytes in size. The maximum allowed is 100 KBytes so this is not the issue. Dimensions of the file are 500 X 375 pixels. Do note that if your original file has a width greater than 500 pixels, it would be scaled down to 500 proportionately. I have just adjusted the maximum width and height from 500 to 750 pixels, so if you want a bigger picture you can try again. Hope this helps. Regards |
