How Do I Have Details Table for Ad Post?

Hi admin,

I've recently joined, and was wondering how do i have a detailed table of content in post, or was it for certain levels/tier for the member to be able to have detailed table in the listing or if it has something to do with coding?

Please advise. Thank you. =)
