Last time I checked was $1k for a page on 8 days. The rates change and you can nego with the sales person. He gave a 50% off that time.

It depends on the owner. I think Cartus Farm and WoW Display allows display of information. You can check with them. WoW Display only allows display for rental scheme, consignment cannot.
