Pushcart Rental

Can anyone tell me when pushcart rental is so high? As well, why all mall landlord only allowed short period rental? Alot of malls rental is only 3 months and usually change tenants. In this way how we built up our biz?

Hi, I once rented a pushcart before.. I think the reason why rentals are so expensive are due the area that it is in.. Rent could be low in areas like Kallang Leisure where there is seldom crowd.. If it is orchard area, more human traffic, thus higher rent. Most malls encouraged minimum of 3 months rental, if counting the rent is about 3K, you have to fork out at least 10K for the rental, which is about the capital that most of us can afford.. Most people just wan to do push cart as a means of trying out business selling new products before getting a shop, so that could explain the frequent change of tenants.. I think the product plays a big part in building up your business, if you have unique products, customers will always frequent you, no matter where you selling.

Just my 2 cents of thought.. other people might have different views..
