Profit Sharing - Market Rate?
Hi Good Morning =)
I'm wondering if you guys know whats the market rate for carnivals and bazaars with profit sharing? There are some with purely rental rate , some with purely profit sharing and some with combi of both .. I'm wondering if there is a market rate like a % or something for those with elements of profit sharing =) Thanks !! =)) Cheers, Ling |
