Professionals, please share some value knowledge how you survive the high rental overhead? Any secret to share?

where do we go to enquire more about the rental rates?
I wanna find out the rental rates for Bugis and Suntec. But dunno who is the management in chrg.

any existing/new biz owner willing to share?

you can call up the customer service at the various malls and ask for the pushcart/retail space's contact no.

If you are a premium member you should be able to access to all the pushcart location in major shopping centre, the rates, person-in-charge and also contact and email.

if you visit the mall's webiste they also provide the contact numbers for you.

bugis is divided in two parts.
malay village - $4k plus
near mac - $6k

inclusive of peak period.

Hmm.... i one to ask you have any contact number about the push carts in far east plaza because me and my friend is interest to open our own business in push carts at far east plaza or bugis ... and for the push cart is we have to pay 3k for how many month for the first time for having the push carts...

Hello, the easiest way to get this is to go to far east plaza, find the management and ask them. Alternatively if you are feeling "management adverse" you can just go to your fellow pushcart kaki there and chit chat with them lor. Many of them are the boss of their carts haha =D
