Looking for indie designers for space rental

Hello,

I'm thinking of renting a shop space in Marina Square, selling handmade accessories. I have some xtra shop space, hoping to rent them out at $6-6.50 per day~

But will like to keep the items to singapore independent stuff, eg, handmade accessories, diy clothes etc... meaning they are all handmade or self-designed, not imported or bought frm somewhere else. Anyone interested, do PM me. I'm hoping to get as many pp as possible to make the sg indie theme more stark and varied~

please also provide me any feedback/suggestions, thanks!

I'm interested, what are the details like? Any minimum commitment period?

yeah~ probably a 3 mths period~
tarandip> the thing works like this.. you put your stuff in your shop, we help you sell it. it's ok if you can come down only on weekends, but it will be rather impossible to only rent space out on weekends. cos there's ltd space in the shop~ i cant afford to let it be empty on weekdays unless you are willing to pay the full amt~ however, i can probably work out a fortmthly event thing where a small space is rented out for such purposes~ thanks!

I am interested to get a space from you. But I would like to get more details on space size. And if there is a lost of my items will you compensate me?
will you be drawing a commission from my sales? Other that the rents, is there any other charges? Do keep me post ya. Thanks

Are the spaces still available? how are the terms and conditions like? how big is the space?

hi, there's 12 shelves spaces alto~ and one big rack for clothes, each rack space is 119cm by 28cm, to be shared by 2 person, or you can simply rent the entire shelf at double the price~ rental rates are $200-$210 per mth~ loss of items will be partially compensated~ (up to 1/3 of cost price) please pm me for more details~
i've only got 4 spaces left, i'm looking for indie accessories/clothes/bigger items~ only independent designers please...meaning all stuff must be handmade/self-designed~ thanks~
