Hi everyone,

Just wondering if any of you guys tried applying for shop space in Jurong point.How long does they take to reply you whether there's space available a not ? And anyone know the rough psf price?

shop space? currently i tink only got 1 available... but location not very good... pricing should be above $24 psf...

I am very very interested in a retail space in jurong point. Anyone got lobang not?

How much is the rental there like? ANy one of you guys know?

The drawback about Jurong Point is that you have to use their internal contractors for renovation and the cost is very pricey.

hmm i am okie with reno actually.. the problem is no tenants willing to go out from jurong point....

viber, yes there is 200-300 sqft. They have just approached me last week.

JP is one of the top few malls. It's hard to get inside. They usually do invitations only. :)

We do not take it in the end, coz the rental, reno, utilities, etc are too expensive.

Oh... Sometimes, just feel that we are retailers, are at the mercy of the landlords. :)

yah they offered us too... think is the same few shops.. 200 to 300sqft...

but cost are high. need to use their POS, use their contractor for reno... 3mths deposit....

With the extended link of JP mall, how much do there charge now for rental psf?

Considering the traffic, the rental is quite reasonable (but not sure about the spending power).

The turn-off point is that you have to use their selected designer/contractor for renovation. The cost is much higher than others.

Hmm..longtime didn't log in..no harm drop a reply.
The only turnoff point is always the same reason,use their internal reno & high charge.The operating hours is quite strict too.

The traffic is good but depends on the location of shop too & don't forget that mostly are from HDB crowds which aunties tend to bargain & expect low price & real low.

Can often see many shops putting big posters of big sales selling clothes or jeweleries at very cheap prices.Hope these helps..:)
