Jurong Point Shop Space
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if any of you guys tried applying for shop space in Jurong point.How long does they take to reply you whether there's space available a not ? And anyone know the rough psf price? |

shop space? currently i tink only got 1 available... but location not very good... pricing should be above $24 psf...

The drawback about Jurong Point is that you have to use their internal contractors for renovation and the cost is very pricey.

JP is one of the top few malls. It's hard to get inside. They usually do invitations only.

We do not take it in the end, coz the rental, reno, utilities, etc are too expensive.

Oh... Sometimes, just feel that we are retailers, are at the mercy of the landlords.
