Default Government is Trying to Boost Entrepreneurship Yet the Rentals Are So High

Do you think the current rentals at shopping malls are too high? I supposed the government is trying to boost entrepreneurship by offering many types of loans, yet the rentals are so high. What do you think?

though i agree with the market forces being different with the government movements, i feel that the whole thing about promoting entrepreneurship is more like a buzzword for educators to try and sound like they can create the next bill gates.

they also always think that being an entrepreneur = making a new product and selling it. that is not totally true at all.. e.g. the recent school open house for the science technology school for upcoming PSLE graduates, they market the school as a breeding ground of the next sim wong hoo and bill gates. utter rubbish. they should actually just focus on encouraging an inquisitive mind amongst these youths. entrepreneurship will set in naturally.
