the management was telling me $28 psf.
it is a blank space.you will need to renovate .apart from that,your sales transaction will link to their management and they will take certain percentage out from your sales! |

It is common practice for all mall management to take a certain percentage in addition to basic rental but S$28 is way too exp for bedok point.
Try negotiate with the management. What are you selling? Would you be keen in joint investments? |

Hi,
I have gather feedbacks from some vendors.they will telling me it is very quiet on weekdays.so I m not very keen to take up even though the management told me the rates can be negotiate. |
