Can anyone advice on the rental rates for Bugis Junction and Cineleisure?

If I'm not wrong, for push-carts it's about 4-5k a month.

Bugis
$5,200/$6,300 per mth at Hylam Street & BHG B1(Off Peak/Peak)
$3,000/$4,600 per mth at Malay Street(Off Peak/Peak)

Cineleisure
Daily Hire Rate(Subject to prevailing GST)
Off Peak From $60 to $100
Normal From $90 to $130
Peak From $100 to $150
Festive From $ 130 to $300

The lease term will be from minimum 1 week to a maximum of 12 weeks.

Do u hv any lobang that we can share the rental at bugis junction? so that the rental is not so expensive for us, if we share.

Su_anvaruhuk, I'm interested to share a pushcart with someone at Bugis Junction, the rental is sky high for startup like me. I'm selling fashion accessories. How about you?
