Advance Payment For Pushcart Rental
 
Recently made enquiry at Vivocity for pushcart rental. They said that they require all the rental upfront, plus one month's deposit. Is this normal practice at all the shopping malls?
They were pushing for min 3 month's rental, though I'm sure it is negotiable if we want to go ahead

normal practise for all mall pushcart is correct. Deposit and rental. Now most cart also minimum 3 months.

I have an shop in vivo? Do you keen to rent a small space and do not need to mend manpower? PM me for discussion. What are you selling?
