Greenwich V, the latest retail and F&B project by Far East Organization, is now 100 percent leased ahead of its expected Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) at the end of November 2011.

Located at the corner of Yio Chu Kang Road and Seletar Road, this new lifestyle hub has gained strong interest from various tenants for its retail spaces that range between 185 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft.

Among its tenants are Cold Storage, Kopitiam, Paradise Inn, Rakuichi Japanese Restaurant, Hua Language Centre, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Gong Cha, Cedele and the Phoenix Medical Group.

The 45,000 sq ft two-storey retail podium will serve the daily needs of The Greenwich condominium’s residents and the greater Seletar community. The development will feature a central piazza, with alfresco dining and play areas that have the capacity to host weekend markets and community events.

“We are excited that we have brought together a variety of quality retail and F&B brands to this area of Singapore, which we believe will benefit the close-knit community in Seletar as well as the surrounding districts, and inject a new energy into the area,” said Kelvin Ling, Chief Operating Officer of Far East Organization’s Retail Business Group.

Greenwich V is the lifestyle and retail extension of The Greenwich, a mixed-use project that combines working, living and leisure in one trans-urban setting.

The Greenwich provides high-end one- to three-bedroom condominium units and city-style SOHO units with high ceilings. Sizes of the units range from 603 sq ft to 1,485 sq ft.

To date, about 90 percent or 277 units of the 319-unit project have been sold.
