Shop in Bedok Central to Take Over

I have a shop in Bedok Central Blk 210. Current contact end at 2014. Crowd area near Bedok point, Sheng Siong etc. Currently there is a shopping mail ongoing under construction. Available for all trades. Got commitment. Unable to continue. Rare opportunity.
