Please note that renting out of shelve space, glass shelves, display racks, panels, waterfalls and other micro retail space at pushcarts, kiosks, shops and other longer term retail formats does not constitute sharing within the ambit of "Sharing of Retail Space".

Sharing of Retail Space must be on an equal basis. This means that all parties sharing the retail space must be paying similar rental rates (including manpower, electricity and other admin charges) on a pro-rated basis. When a certain party acts as the "landlord" and sublets tiny portions of their absolute retail area at premium rates to vendors, it is not considered "sharing" in the spirit of Pushcart Forum .SG.
