size: 100cmx40cm
$600 per month (salesgirl provided)
20% commission on sales revenue (exclude items on sale)
security - $600
start with minimum 1 month, thereafter renewal of 2 months.
auto renewal - either party give 1 week notice for termination.

112katong - 2nd level, near elevator (level 2 at 112katong is the best level)

liang court - 1st level.

items looking for: - cufflink, belt, hair accessories, pedicure/manicure tool, nail art, nail polish.
(subject to management approval).

The shops currently sell leather bags, wallets and accessories.

Those wanted to sell the above are welcome too.

Also able to sell handphone accessories. However, there are 2-3 shops selling already.

Smaller or bigger spaces available.

The 20% commission is for: -
1 - the salesgirl commission
2 - the member discount (currently got about 2,000 members)

Anyone interested, we can discuss.

Objectives:

1 - Have bigger range of products to bring in more customers.
2 - Try out a smaller space, ensure make money then decide what you want.

112katong, liang court, marina square.

Space sharing size -
100cmx40cm and above (biggest space available = 1/3 of shop space)

Rent -
$600 per month

Items allowed -
cufflink, man and ladies belt, hair accessories, pedicure/manicure tool, nail art, nail polish, tie, man wallet, man accesories, fashion jewelry, gift sets.

Sales girl -
provided.

$600 is fixed - no more charges.

can try 1 mth rent first.

price and space - can discuss when your business is more stable.

some options -

1 - even smaller space.
2 - same space.
3 - bigger space.
4 - more locations.
5 - etc.

whichever suits your business, i am ok.
