Sharing of 1st Floor Shop Space at Liang Court
- liang court.
- 1st floor, corner shop, very visible good location. - manpower provided - can sell, bag, wallet, jewelry, belt, sunglass, gift items, mobile phone accessories. - no clothing, no kid clothing. - looking for 3 persons to share shop. - each share 25% of share ($2,500 per month) - size/$ ratio can adjust be each other. - shop size about 180sqft. - i can take on bigger space if necessary. - need confirmation ASAP, need to give the management answer on the new lease before end of april 2013. |
