Lease start 1 July. Have other commitments so want to share out panels as not enough stock.

Space to share out = 240cm long, height from ceiling to floor
Rental for the 240cm space is $500/mth

Hardware provided....
- railway metal bar drilled to wall already so you can just bring your stock
- metal bar and waterfall also available if you need

If you wish to share salesgal, would be additional $360/mth

As this is a long term lease, would like to look for sharer who can lease long term..priority will be given to sharer who can share big space and long period (to lessen coordination issues on my part)

We are selling baby items so can allow if you are doing kids wear, ladies apparels, bags or accessories, or home related stuff...
