I have a shop at Far east Plaza Level One. Can consider to share for the festive season sales. Details as follows:

Rental $8000 per month
Area size 301 sq ft
6 Mannequinn
2 center racks
6 wall racks
8 waterfalls
6 waterfalls for Long Dress
Premium Entrance facing, Heavy Crowd Flow

Ladies Apparels or Accessories recommended
(Exclusions - mobiles, electronics, non-apparels stuff)
Period of sharing: 14 Dec to 13 Jan - One month only
(X'mas and CNY peak season)
Deposit: Nil
Downpayment : Nil
Visa/Amex /Diners and Nets for sales all accepted - Advantage

Past festive records for past 2 years can gross $25k to $31K in one month.

We will share half of the shop for one month, each party pays $4000 rental (Cheaper than renting a pushcart @ Far east). Estimated you can display 100 to 150 designs. Fully equipped with changing room and storeroom. PM for more details. Contact 96999962 for details as well.

No. My lease will expire thus no extension. sorry

Sales girl is employed there and of cos you are most encouraged to come in
to help out especially during Fri/Sat/Sun !!!

How do I know the sales account to you or me?
There will be 2 sales register kept separately. Each account for one each. I will setup cash register to recognise either party sales as well, so end day closing the total will have no mix up. Visa and Nets will denote by code 1 and 2. Thus payment will be clear as water. I only suggest you keep a stock sheet for even better clarity.
