Sharing of Shop Space
Far east plaza. Level one prime area. Near dingtea.
reason for renting : currently having studies and do not have much stocks left to sell. sharing of half the shop. $5000 per month. to provide own working staff. providing 4 racks, 3 shelves. Can provide some hangers too. 2 maniqueen. additional 4 racks can be brought by yourself to be place on the other side. (Seperate the shop) Total can place around 8 racks approximately 400 pieces of apparels can be hanged. Good location. At rent minimum 4 months, 2 month deposit. *renting out as of picture's right side.*  |
