HI! We are currently operating a 1500 sq feet photo studio at Suntec City. We are looking for people who might be interested to share the space with us.
The space is very versatile as it can be a retail shop in the day and we can transform it into a event space (parties, product launch) in the evening.

We are renting out the space at $600/month to several vendors: We welcome apparel, shoes, accessories, shoes, bags, handmade products, electrical stuff, etc. (We can explore more products and services too - manicure, health gadgets, etc, please check with us)

Tenants are welcome to showcase their products and services and display their promoting materials. It can become your office space as well.

What will not be provided:
Clothes hangers for rack
Shoe rack
Shelves
