Where to Find Cheap Website Designers?
 

Hihi,

I will like to operate an online store selling children items. Can someone recommend me a cheap or at least reasonable website designer? Someone quote me $2000!!!! So expensive!!!! My budget is below $500!!!!

I will need shopping cart feature and hosting as well. I will prefer to manage the website myself such as upload new products and remove out of stock products.
