There are many websites which provide free templates and you need not engage designers to have your online store.

From what i see, you website only redirect to shopify.com with your affiliate ID on it.

So my guess you are trying to earn a referral fee?

I might be wrong.

And FYI, shopify charge a monthly fee for those really above average website template.

And no, they do not charge monthly for the template.
