Who has bought any kitchen equipment from them?

I've bought a 4-door mixed freezer/chiller from them after visiting their shop at Sim Avenue who claim that they carry unicool Taiwan brand with compressor from Germany. What came to me is an unpackage freezer, no instruction manual, no brand name at all on the freezer and a compressor from Slovakia. Naturally, suspect that its assembled in China. So I paying a bloody Taiwan brand price for a probably china assembled product.

When asked, they insisted that its from Unicool Taiwan and the sales girl insist that I go through her and nobody else. Asked for the boss contact or insist for the boss to call me without success. The sales girl give excuses that the freeze is working fine and any problem can call them when I insist that they give me the instruction manual that coincide with the model given. Yet nothing was given and they claim its with their Taiwan supplier. Full of crap excuses.

Like to get feedback from fellow members here on past dealing with them and what recourse I can take. They are not case accredited.
