I understand that admin had closed the thread Condemn Whao!sale by myliltwinklestar. But I really find it necessary to let fellow shopowners/blogshop owners etc know as this guy is advertising heavily on google, here, and i cant remember where.

I recently bought some stuff from the same guy as myliltwinklestar and was :mad:. Too bad i did not get to read that thread beforehand. I thought he had a Singapore DBS account and can be trusted. =.=

his first reply was polite and detailed but afterwhich i sense a tad of 'bu shuang-ness' as i ask lots of questions, though it could be me being too sensitive. anyway, bought 10 pieces of clothings as it was his min. requirement. (glad i only bought small amt to 'test' water') initially he told me approx. $27sgd for 10 pieces. after placing order, 2 pieces were out of stock so i am suppose to receive 8 pieces. i paid the same shippment fees of $27sgd and gave him the benefit of doubt that different clothings material differ.

in the end i receive only 6 pieces! (am asking for explaination on this) all these while he took the longest of time to reply and send out my items after payment. and, items quality is really really bad!

furthermore i think he MIGHT have the intention to cheat on the quoting about saying 'normally 10 pieces is $27sgd.' as my item per pieces is very very light. so if 6 pieces (not even the supposedly 8 pieces) = to his 'normally' 10 pieces? but seriously i cannot insist this is his fault but i can help but feel cheated as it was my first enquiry and it's like he is lowering the price to get me to buy.

i hope this helps as if you are looking for serious suppliers, its really a waste of time and money to deal with him. the 6 pieces of clothings i bought to 'test water' are foresee to be selling to garang guni.. maybe keeping 1 pathetic piece for myself. (the only better quality one) if i sell them, it will really affect my shop reputation. :juggle:

This is an experience from a victim, we spent over $770 ordering from SHOPLAH!.com DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM.

* We ordered close to 50 items, the delivery as promised in the website and email below (many many times) that shipment arrives approx. 7 days. Waited for more than 3 weeks, and eventually had to threaten lawsuit before receiving our goods.

* Attitude was so appalling, (see below in red for their reply),

* Quality is totally inferior. From size, to images. the clothes delivered didnt match the visual (the t&c of 80% to 90% close was used) and insisted that a different design and odd colours that's not included in the pixwas a close match and therefore we must accept it.

* The FREE SIZES are all very small, the average Singaporean will not fit. The pix shows a long top, it turned out a short top. and yes, because the clause says 80% close so we have to accept it.

* The material used are either very thin or not as per visual.

* The buttons were not even probably sewn, just a string running across to hold the buttons in place!

* They refuse to refund for non delivery of items and for wrong items delivered. said items are delivered at "their time, not ours."

* Pls warn everyone to prevent another victim to this unethical business scam

Dear ShopLah!
The definition of a close match is understood as similar in look. It does not take an idiot to know that you cant pass off a completely different colour and a different design as a close match. If you feel that you have collected the payment and therefore have an upper hand, that constitutes to unethical business ethics which by now, we have all concluded that ShopLah! falls under this definition. The goods delivered are either of inferior quality, the so called FREE SIZE are actually extra small, the pictures you have shown are according to what you said only 80% to 90% close, and turn out to be either shorter than what is shown in the visual or smaller than what we see. The material is even thinner than what one can imagine.
Your delay in delivery seems to be taking forever, pls either deliver immediately by next week or have our money refunded for the balanced undelivered items. I'm NOT interested to play wait and see games with you and I'm not obliged to wait till you are happy if that's what you think is the right way to run your business.
Be assured this will be sent to every possible blog, website, newspaper, magazine and international media so that everyone will be warned of your inferior, lousy, rude, unethical, high-handed, ****y, disgusting service rendered to date. We will certainly not be your customers considering we have wasted over $770.

frankly speaking, i think this kind of thread is a good idea. espically in a forum. if more encounter such cases here, the webbie itself will have a bad rep. as they say, a satisfied customer spreads the word to 3 person, a unsatisfied customer spreads the word to 10..
