Planning to sell online children stuff, supplier giving me 30% discount on the retail price. Their shop giving member 10% discount on the retail price.

Planning to give my customers: self collect, delivery and postage service....my price(included delivery or postage) must be lower or same as than the shop than people will buy from me. headaches how to do my pricing? advise pls. Thanks
