Default Korean Supplier Did Not Give Me Goods & Refund, How?

Is there anywhere I can lodge a complaint against Korean supplier who did not give me my goods and promised to give me a refund. However, till date did not refund me or reply my email. What can I do

Hello...

I don't think you can do anything now but wait. Are you giving them a full payment? NEVER NEVER do that...always place a deposit first i.e 50% deposit & bal upon rcpt of goods or airwaybill. With the airway bill you can track if they had delivered the goods. Once they take your money, that's it....Be very carefull next time. I hope it's not a BIG amount.

If you are paying using credit card, you can always do a charge back within 6 months after you made the purchase.

Charge-back is when you ask the bank to reverse the credit card transaction. Merchant will normally avoid this kinda thing, because there will be an administration fee between US$25-50 (depending on payment gateway) charged to merchant.

As long as you have an evidence, bank will do it on your behalf.
