I'm wondering if i need to apply for this license to sell Cosmetics & Skin care product under HSA for really small scale online business? Basically is just importing and selling on my portal. You can say that it's like a spree. Moreover retails outlets like Robinsons is also carrying this product brand. Anybody? Thanks in advance!
