Yes, email for the first time, then ask how to call them in future also.

Most of the time they would just say lower prices though.

may i know what products you are selling online...

i am also an qoo10 seller but sales vol not really much....

like to know more qoo10 sellers to join force for flea/bazaar promoting
events..... anyone keen ?

My biz partner attend a course by Andrew a successful Q0010 seller.
But when we put up items for sale , not much enquiry

Just to share my experience with Qoo10
1) account manager and her boss show me an impressive presentation how much sakes generated
2) they claim I have take stocks at least 100 items, I took 50 items
3) upon launch of products in time sales, initially products didn't sell at all the boss manipulated the no and fake a no of items sold. When I didn't sell anything
4) in 30 min no items sold and they remove my ad
5) account manager didn't care and insist I buy more items to put in store which I did t

Lost all money invested

i moved away from q00 and also several online ecommerce as the customers are so price sensitive that it is not making good profit for the efforts.

so i venture into targeting customers who are not on those forums, using traditional flyers... there is a way to keep marketing cost super low... if you need more info can pm me.,

I am also thinking of starting to sell something online. to me qoo10 is a place that I will go look for something usable yet lower in price.
I do managed to buy something there, genuine or compatible ones.

Though I have a full time job, I also wanted to try something selling online, be it side income or future roadmap, maybe worth a try.

I also consider those "box" rental place... just not sure worth it or not. but I am sure it will be good to have "brand awareness" by going to the "box"...
