Bad Buyer Encountered in Ebay

Just like 2 share some unpleasant encounter with certain member in EBay.

Last month, I was helping my brother 2 sell an Apple I phone in EBay, this particular member-Oqitoki bid on Buy It Now the very min I listed up. So I send him an email stating any preference in meeting up location, date and time, which can be Pre-Arranged.

So e next day at ard 6.30pm, he sms me wanting 2 meet up in some city area Mrt at 7.00pm, just Half an Hour frame for me. I didn’t reply as i was busy at that time, hence didn’t notice till e 2nd sms received at 7.00pm, wanting me 2 meet up at 7.30pm........As a Seller, I value my customer, so willing to compromise if within my limits.

So, I replied him immediately, rush out n request 4 a later time if possible, apologizing 4 e late reply. But aft sending his very 2nd sms, he simply MIA. As I have another appointment, thus, thinking he might be busy 2 reply or whatever, I sms him every time I move to another location, hoping that when he was free then reply if whether still convenient 2 meet up again as it was already 9pm – 10pm plus. And I was in Town area.

But he keeps ignoring my attempts 2 communicate regardless of my emails or sms. Not only EBay member enquiring this Hand phone, e other site that I have listed up were requesting 2 buy too. Yet, I hold on 4 this member, simply just 2 honour my sales n he can’t even be bothered.

I sold off 2 another party aft days of waiting. How 2 wait when he is not sincere at all? I file a Case in EBay, reporting him for not buying it cause as a Seller, I wasn’t allow 2 rate Negative 2 Buyer (That’s really unfair). Who know he so thick skin 2 file a similar Case stating that I did not want to sell to him? How irony. I close Case giving him so called penalty of Unpaid Item Strike n guess what, he rate a Negative Feedback commenting I wasted his time n I took donkey years to reply his sms when he was e 1 who vanished in e air.

Can’t do anything about e wrongly accusation even when I report him abusing the feedback cause of whatever rules. So unfair and miserable. N there’s 1 more member, bb0421, who rated me wrongly when feedback was supposed 2 b rated 2 another member yet refusing 2 do anything about it even when, as usual tried numerous time 2 contact n she simply ignored too. N she even rated a Positive 2 e Seller whom MINE NEGATIVE RATING INITIALLY BELONG TO aft their dispute was solved. So again, I’m e UNLUCKY 1.

I think members here might be selling in EBay too. Hence, please beware of such inconsiderate Buyer or might be Seller with e nickname as above in order 2 avoid crossing such unfortunate situation.

Reputation is very impt 2 a Seller be it selling in anywhere, n I do indeed very careful to look into my Buyer satisfaction even when e sale is only a $1. But just due 2 some ppls inconsideration n ignorant, its been tarnished 4 nothing. How unworthy.

er.... did you try calling when he ignored your numerous smses?

I run an online shop. And whenever a customer request to reserved something, I will always make sure that I tell them I will only reserve for 3 working days. When I don't get reply, I will send another email / sms on the 3rd day telling them that if I don't receive payment by that very day, I will release the item the next day and no further notification will be send.

Like that, I think I have done my part as a seller, so the customer also cannot complain if they choose to ignore.
