Store-owners: Do You Keep Stocks or Do You Just Dropship?
 

I've a question for physical stores and online store owners.. do you usually order in bulk and keep the stocks.. (as you order in bulk, price you are getting will be lower)

OR do you just drop ship, only order from your supplier when any customers want to order from you? (as you don't order in bulk, the price will be higher, therefore you can't mark up the price much?)

For me, my onlinestore is dropship. I might lose out in sales but even if i sell ready stock, some customers might just backout last minute (before payment is made).

For retail or pushcart, it's better to buy in bulk.
