Shops Are Moving Out from Far East Plaza!!!

HI ALL,

Recently, got a lot of shops moving out from far east plaza.
Based on level 1, at least got about 4-5 shops are empty and also more 4 shops yet to be move out within these few days. Any retailers at far east can share about it? As i heard is due to rental increase and poor sales.

think rental increase is a given, as long as within "reasonable" limits..

food retail seems fine there. but heard that long john silver's is closing by month-end.

Quickbite already moved out on 23rd of nov.
Heard from others, still got about 4-5 shops @ level 1 are moving out soon.
The traffic also not as good as last time liao.

Expected.. As bugis street is selling at very much more low price.. If i am a buyer i would choose bugis street than far east even though no air-con..
